Three Programmes,
One Clear Path Forward
Whether you are just beginning or ready for a comprehensive family archive, Heirwell has a programme that meets you where you are.

How We Approach Each Engagement
Every Heirwell programme begins with a short conversation — by phone or in person — to understand the family's situation and what they are hoping to achieve. This helps us confirm which programme is the right fit and how to arrange the first session.
Our approach across all three programmes shares the same foundation: we listen first, we do not rush, and we are clear about our role. We organise and facilitate. We do not advise. Where formal professional input is needed — whether legal, financial, or otherwise — we will name that clearly and support the family in identifying the right kind of help.
At the end of each programme, families receive written materials: summaries, document checklists, and archive structures that belong to them entirely. We do not retain ownership of any record the family shares with us, and we do not store personal information beyond what is needed to complete the work.
Initial Conversation
Understand the family's situation and select the right programme.
Structured Sessions
One or more sessions carried out at the family's pace.
Handover Materials
Written summaries and archive structures the family keeps.
Programme 01
Legacy Records Orientation
An introductory session for families taking their first step towards organised records. We cover what documents typically matter, how to locate and gather them, and how to structure a simple, lasting system. No binding documents are prepared — this is entirely educational and organisational.
- Document inventory guidance
- Practical checklists prepared for the family
- Recommendations on storage and access
- Session summary provided afterwards
Programme 02
Legacy Conversation Facilitation
A guided, facilitated conversation for families who want to discuss wishes and intentions together — but who find that starting such a conversation without support feels difficult. Our facilitator holds a calm, structured space, helps all voices be heard, and notes down what the family agrees it wishes to record. All formal next steps remain the responsibility of appropriate licensed professionals.
- Experienced, neutral facilitator
- Pre-session preparation guide for participants
- Written summary of key discussion points
- Referral guidance to formal professionals if needed
Programme 03
Family Archive Programme
A comprehensive programme to assemble, structure, and maintain a complete family archive. This includes records orientation, facilitated conversation, and the creation of an organised archive the family can navigate and update. Throughout, we note clearly where qualified professional involvement is recommended and how to approach those conversations.
- Full document inventory and organisation
- Facilitated family conversation included
- Complete written archive handed to family
- Notes on where formal professional help is advised
- Optional annual maintenance session available

Professional Standards We Apply
Privacy Protection
Family information is handled under our documented privacy framework. No data is shared without explicit instruction.
Secure Document Handling
Physical and digital materials are managed to documented protocols and returned or destroyed at the family's request.
Boundary Clarity
We clearly distinguish between organisational support and regulated advice. Families always know what we can and cannot provide.
Written Scope Agreement
Before each programme begins, the scope, fee, and process are agreed in writing — no ambiguity about what is included.
Trained Practitioners
All facilitators and archive specialists hold recognised training in their respective areas and participate in ongoing development.
Clear Referral Practice
When formal professional input is needed, we say so directly — and help families understand what kind of specialist to approach.
