Is this a legal service?

No. Heirwell is strictly an organisational and facilitative service. We are not lawyers, notaries, or financial advisers. Where legal or financial steps are needed, we recommend that families engage qualified licensed professionals — and we can help you think through what kind of specialist would be appropriate.

Who typically uses your programmes?

Families who feel their records are scattered, incomplete, or hard to locate. Couples planning ahead who want a single, clear reference point. Adult children who would like to help an older parent bring their affairs into order in a dignified way.

How long does a session or programme take?

The Legacy Records Orientation is typically a half-day session. The Legacy Conversation Facilitation is usually two to three hours. The Family Archive Programme unfolds over several weeks, at a pace that suits the family — there is no rush.

Can sessions take place remotely?

Yes. While we are based in Surat Thani, we work with families across Thailand and internationally via video call. Certain elements — such as reviewing physical documents — work best in person, and we will advise you on the most practical approach for your situation.
